1 이제 성벽이 건축되매 내가 문짝을 달고 문지기들과 노래하는 자들과 레위 사람들을 임명한 뒤에 0
Then it was, when the wall was built and I had hung the doors, when the gatekeepers, the singers, and the Levites had been appointed,
성이 건축되매 문짝을 달고 문지기와 노래하는 자들과 레위 사람들을 세운 후에
2 내 동생 하나니와 궁궐의 치리자 하나냐에게 예루살렘의 책무를 맡겼으니 이는 그가 신실한 사람으로 많은 사람보다 [하나님]을 더 두려워하였기 때문이더라. 1
that I gave the charge of Jerusalem to my brother Hanani, and Hananiah the leader of the citadel, for he was a faithful man and feared God more than many.
내 아우 하나니와 영문의 관원 하나냐로 함께 예루살렘을 다스리게 하였는데 하나냐는 위인이 충성되어 하나님을 경외함이 무리에서 뛰어난 자라
3 내가 그들에게 이르기를, 해가 뜨거워지기 전에는 예루살렘 성문들을 열지 말고 그들이 서 있을 때에 문들을 닫고 빗장을 지르게 하며 또 예루살렘 거주민들 중에서 파수꾼들을 임명하여 각각 자기가 맡은 곳에서 파수를 보게 하고 각각 자기 집 맞은편을 지키게 하라, 하였느니라. 0
And I said to them, "Do not let the gates of Jerusalem be opened until the sun is hot; and while they stand guard, let them shut and bar the doors; and appoint guards from among the inhabitants of Jerusalem, one at his watch station and another in front of his own house."
내가 저희에게 이르기를 해가 높이 뜨기 전에는 예루살렘 성문을 열지 말고 아직 파수할 때에 곧 문을 닫고 빗장을 지르며 또 예루살렘 거민으로 각각 반차를 따라 파수하되 자기 집 맞은편을 지키게 하라 하였노니
4 이제 그 도시는 크고 광대하나 그 안의 백성은 적고 집들은 건축되지 아니하였더라. 0
Now the city was large and spacious, but the people in it were few, and the houses were not rebuilt.
그 성은 광대하고 거민은 희소하여 가옥을 오히려 건축하지 못하였음이니라
5 ¶ 내 [하나님]께서 고귀한 자들과 치리자들과 백성을 함께 모아 계보대로 그들의 수를 셀 것을 내 마음에 넣어 주셨으므로 내가 처음에 올라온 자들의 계보 등록부를 찾았고 그 안에서 기록된 것을 찾으니 0
Then my God put it into my heart to gather the nobles, the rulers, and the people, that they might be registered by genealogy. And I found a register of the genealogy of those who had come up in the first return, and found written in it:
내 하나님이 내 마음을 감동하사 귀인들과 민장과 백성을 모아 보계대로 계수하게 하신고로 내가 처음으로 돌아온 자의 보계를 얻었는데 거기 기록한 것을 보면
6 전에 사로잡혀 간 자들 곧 바빌론 왕 느부갓네살이 사로잡아 간 자들 중에서 포로 생활을 벗어나 올라가서 예루살렘과 유다로 돌아와 각각 자기 도시에 이른 유다 지방의 자손들이 이러하니라. 0
These are the people of the province who came back from the captivity, of those who had been carried away, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had carried away, and who returned to Jerusalem and Judah, everyone to his city.
옛적에 바발론 왕 느부갓네살에게 사로잡혀 갔던 자 중에서 놓임을 받고 예루살렘과 유다로 돌아와 각기 본성에 이른 자 곧
7 이들이 스룹바벨과 예수아와 느헤미야와 아사랴와 라아미야와 나하마니와 모르드개와 빌산과 미스베렛과 비그왜와 느훔과 바아나와 함께 나왔더라. 내가 말하거니와 이스라엘 백성 사람들의 수가 이러하니 0
Those who came with Zerubbabel were Jeshua, Nehemiah, Azariah, Raamiah, Nahamani, Mordecai, Bilshan, Mispereth, Bigvai, Nehum, and Baanah. The number of the men of the people of Israel:
스룹바벨과 예수아와 느헤미야와 아사랴와 라아마와 나하마니와 모르드개와 빌산과 미스베렛과 비그왜와 느훔과 바아나 등과 함께 나온 이스라엘 백성의 명수가 이러하니라

The priests: the sons of Jedaiah, of the house of Jeshua, nine hundred and seventy-three;
제사장들은 예수아의 집 여다야 자손이 구백칠십삼 명이요
40 임멜 자손이 천오십이 명이요, 0
the sons of Immer, one thousand and fifty-two;
임멜 자손이 일천오십이 명이요
41 바스훌 자손이 천이백사십칠 명이요, 0
the sons of Pashhur, one thousand two hundred and forty-seven;
바수훌 자손이 일천이백사십칠 명이요
42 하림 자손이 천십칠 명이었더라. 0

The Levites: the sons of Jeshua, of Kadmiel, and of the sons of Hodevah, seventy-four.
레위 사람들은 호드야 자손 곧 예수아와 갓미엘 자손이 칠십사 명이요
44 ¶ 노래하는 자들은 아삽 자손이 백사십팔 명이요, 0
The singers: the sons of Asaph, one hundred and forty-eight.
노래하는 자들은 아삽 자손이 일백사십팔 명이요
45 ¶ 문지기들은 살룸 자손과 아델 자손과 달몬 자손과 악굽 자손과 하디다 자손과 소배 자손이 백삼십팔 명이었더라. 0
The gatekeepers: the sons of Shallum, the sons of Ater, the sons of Talmon, the sons of Akkub, the sons of Hatita, the sons of Shobai, one hundred and thirty-eight.
문지기들은 살룸 자손과 아델 자손과 달문 자손과 악굽 자손과 하디다 자손과 소배 자손이 모두 일백삼십팔 명이었느니라
46 ¶ 느디님 사람들은 시하 자손과 하수바 자손과 답바옷 자손과 0
The Nethinim: the sons of Ziha, the sons of Hasupha, the sons of Tabbaoth,

the sons of Jaala, the sons of Darkon, the sons of Giddel,

the sons of Shephatiah, the sons of Hattil, the sons of Pochereth of Zebaim, and the sons of Amon.

60 모든 느디님 사람과 솔로몬의 신하들 자손이 삼백구십이 명이었더라. 0
All the Nethinim, and the sons of Solomon's servants, were three hundred and ninety-two.
모든 느디님 사람과 솔로몬의 신복의 자손이 삼백구십이 명이었느니라
61 이들은 또한 델멜라와 델하르사와 그룹과 앗돈과 임멜에서 올라온 자들이었으나 그들이 자기들의 아버지 집과 자기들의 씨와 또 자기들이 이스라엘에 속하였는지 여부를 보이지 못하였더라. 0
And these were the ones who came up from Tel Melah, Tel Harsha, Cherub, Addon, and Immer, but they could not identify their father's house nor their lineage, whether they were of Israel:
델멜라와 델하르사와 그룹과 앗돈과 임멜로부터 올라온 자가 있으나 그 종족과 보계가 이스라엘에 속하였는지는 증거할 수 없으니
62 그들은 들라야 자손과 도비야 자손과 느고다 자손으로 육백사십이 명이었더라. 0
the sons of Delaiah, the sons of Tobiah, the sons of Nekoda, six hundred and forty-two;
저희는 들라야 자손과 도비야 자손과 느고다 자손이라 도합이 육백사십이 명이요
63 ¶ 제사장들 중에서는 하바야 자손과 고스 자손과 바르실래 자손이 있었는데 이 바르실래는 길르앗 사람 바르실래의 딸들 중에서 한 사람을 아내로 취해 그들의 이름으로 불렸더라. 0
and of the priests: the sons of Habaiah, the sons of Koz, the sons of Barzillai, who took a wife of the daughters of Barzillai the Gileadite, and was called by their name.
제사장 중에는 호바야 자손과 학고스 자손과 바르실래 자손이니 바르실래는 길르앗 사람 바르실래의 딸 중에 하나로 아내를 삼고 바르실래의 이름으로 이름한 자라
64 이들이 계보대로 계수된 자들 가운데서 자기들의 등록부를 구하였으나 그것을 발견하지 못하였으므로 그들을 더러운 자로 여겨 제사장 직무를 행하지 못하게 하고 0
These sought their listing among those who were registered by genealogy, but it was not found; therefore they were excluded from the priesthood as defiled.
이 사람들이 보계 중에서 자기 이름을 찾아도 얻지 못한고로 저희를 부정하게 여겨 제사자의 직분을 행치 못하게 하고
65 디르사다가 그들에게 말하여 우림과 둠밈을 가진 제사장이 일어나기 전에는 그들이 지극히 거룩한 것들을 먹지 말라고 하였더라. 0
And the governor said to them that they should not eat of the most holy things till a priest could consult with the Urim and Thummim.
방백이 저희에게 명하여 우림과 둠밈을 가진 제사장이 일어나기 전에는 지성물을 먹지 말라 하였느니라
66 ¶ 전체 회중이 모두 사만 이천삼백육십 명이었으며 0
Altogether the whole assembly was forty-two thousand three hundred and sixty,
온 회중의 합계가 사만 이천삼백육십 명이요
67 그 외에 그들의 남종과 여종들 중에서 거기에 칠천삼백삼십칠 명이 있었고 그들에게 노래하는 남자와 노래하는 여자 이백사십오 명이 있었더라. 0
besides their male and female servants, of whom there were seven thousand three hundred and thirty-seven; and they had two hundred and forty-five men and women singers.
그 외에 노비가 칠천삼백삼십칠 명이요 노래하는 남녀가 이백사십오 명이요
68 그들의 말이 칠백삼십육 마리, 그들의 노새가 이백사십오 마리, 0
Their horses were seven hundred and thirty-six, their mules two hundred and forty-five,
말이 칠백삼십육이요 노새가 이백사십오요
69 그들의 낙타가 사백삼십오 마리, 나귀가 육천칠백이십 마리더라. 0
their camels four hundred and thirty-five, and donkeys six thousand seven hundred and twenty.
약대가 사백삼십오요 나귀가 육천칠백이십이었느니라
70 ¶ 아버지들의 우두머리들 중에서 몇 사람이 그 일을 위해 예물을 드렸고 디르사다는 금 천 다릭과 대야 오십 개와 제사장들의 의복 오백삼십 벌을 보고(寶庫)에 드렸으며 0
And some of the heads of the fathers' houses gave to the work. The governor gave to the treasury one thousand gold drachmas, fifty basins, and five hundred and thirty priestly garments.
어떤 족장들은 역사를 위하여 보조하였고 방백은 금 일천 다릭과 대접 오십과 제사장의 의복 오백삼십 벌을 보물 곳간에 드렸고
71 또 아버지들의 우두머리들 중에서 몇 사람은 금 이만 다릭과 은 이천이백 마네를 그 일을 위해 보고에 드렸고 0
Some of the heads of the fathers' houses gave to the treasury of the work twenty thousand gold drachmas, and two thousand two hundred silver minas.
또 어떤 족장들은 금 이만 다릭과 은 이천이백 마네를 역사 곳간에 드렸고
72 백성의 남은 자들이 드린 것은 금 이만 다릭과 은 이천 마네와 제사장들의 의복 육십칠 벌이었더라. 0
And that which the rest of the people gave was twenty thousand gold drachmas, two thousand silver minas, and sixty-seven priestly garments.
그 나머지 백성은 금 이만 다릭과 은 이천 마네와 제사장의 의복 육십칠 벌을 드렸느니라
73 이와 같이 제사장들과 레위 사람들과 문지기들과 노래하는 자들과 백성 중에서 몇 사람과 느디님 사람들과 온 이스라엘이 자기들의 도시들에 거하였으니 곧 일곱째 달이 이르렀을 때에 이스라엘 자손이 자기들의 도시들에 거하였더라. 0
So the priests, the Levites, the gatekeepers, the singers, some of the people, the Nethinim, and all Israel dwelt in their cities. When the seventh month came, the children of Israel were in their cities.
이와 같이 제사장들과 레위 사람들과 문지기들과 노래하는 자들과 백성 몇명과 느디님 사람들과 온 이스라엘이 다 그 본성에 거하였느니라
