너는 흠이나 나쁜 것이 있는 수소나 양은 {주} 네 [하나님]께 희생물로 드리지 말라. 그것은 {주} 네 [하나님]께 가증한 것이니라.

"You shall not sacrifice to the LORD your God a bull or sheep which has any blemish or defect, for that is an abomination to the LORD your God.
|
|
|
|
무릇 흠이나 악질이 있는 우양은 네 하나님 여호와께 드리지 말지니 이는 네 하나님 여호와께 가증한 것이 됨이니라
|

¶ {주} 네 [하나님]께서 네게 주시는 네 성문들 중 어떤 성문 안에서 너희 가운데 남자나 여자가 {주} 네 [하나님]의 눈앞에서 악을 행하여 그분의 언약을 범하고

"If there is found among you, within any of your gates which the LORD your God gives you, a man or a woman who has been wicked in the sight of the LORD your God, in transgressing His covenant,
|
|
|
|
네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 주시는 어느 성중에서든지 너의 가운데 혹시 어떤 남자나 여자가 네 하나님 여호와의 목전에 악을 행하여 그 언약을 어기고
|
|
|

가서 다른 신들을 섬기고 그들에게 경배하되 내가 명령하지 아니한 일 곧 해나 달이나 하늘의 군대 중 어느 것에게 경배하는 일을 행하며

"who has gone and served other gods and worshiped them, either the sun or moon or any of the host of heaven, which I have not commanded,
|
|
|
|
가서 다른 신들을 섬겨 그것에게 절하며 내가 명하지 아니한 일월성신에게 절한다 하자

|

|
어떤 이가 그 일을 네게 고하므로 네가 듣고 부지런히 물어보았는데, 보라, 그것이 사실이며 그 일이 확실하여 이스라엘 안에서 그런 가증한 일이 이루어졌으면

"and it is told you, and you hear of it, then you shall inquire diligently. And if it is indeed true and certain that such an abomination has been committed in Israel,
|
|
|
|
혹이 그 일을 네게 고하므로 네가 듣거든 자세히 사실하여 볼지니 만일 그 일과 말이 확실하여 이스라엘 중에 이런 가증한 일을 행함이 있으면
|
|
|

너는 그 사악한 일을 행한 그 남자나 그 여자를 네 성문으로 끌어내고 그 남자나 그 여자를 죽을 때까지 돌로 쳐서 죽이되

"then you shall bring out to your gates that man or woman who has committed that wicked thing, and shall stone to death that man or woman with stones.
|
|
|
|
너는 그 악을 행한 남자나 여자를 네 성문으로 끌어내고 돌로 그 남자나 여자를 쳐 죽이되
|
|
|

|
죽여 마땅한 자를 두 증인이나 세 증인의 입의 증언으로 죽일 것이요, 한 증인의 입의 증언으로는 죽이지 말 것이며

"Whoever is deserving of death shall be put to death on the testimony of two or three witnesses; he shall not be put to death on the testimony of one witness.
|
|
|
|
죽일 자를 두 사람이나 세 사람의 증거로 죽일 것이요 한 사람의 증거로는 죽이지 말 것이며
|
|
|

|
증인들이 먼저 그에게 손을 대어 그를 죽게 한 뒤에 온 백성이 손을 댈지니라. 너는 이같이 너희 가운데서 악을 제거할지니라.

"The hands of the witnesses shall be the first against him to put him to death, and afterward the hands of all the people. So you shall put away the evil from among you.
|
|
|
|
이런 자를 죽임에는 증인이 먼저 그에게 손을 댄 후에 뭇 백성이 손을 댈지니라 너는 이와 같이 하여 너의 중에 악을 제할지니라

¶ 네 성문 안에서 분쟁하는 일이 일어나 피와 피 사이에, 청원과 청원 사이에, 때리는 것과 때리는 것 사이에 네가 판단하기에 너무 어려운 일이 생기거든 너는 일어나 {주} 네 [하나님]께서 택하실 곳으로 올라가

"If a matter arises which is too hard for you to judge, between degrees of guilt for bloodshed, between one judgment or another, or between one punishment or another, matters of controversy within your gates, then you shall arise and go up to the place which the LORD your God chooses.
|
|
|
|
네 성중에서 송사로 다투는 일이 있으되 서로 피를 흘렸거나 다투었거나 구타하였거나 하여 네가 판결하기 어려운 일이 생기거든 너는 일어나 네 하나님 여호와의 택하실 곳으로 올라가서

|

|
레위 사람 제사장들과 그 당시의 재판관에게 가서 물으라. 그리하면 그들이 재판의 판결을 네게 보여 주리라.

"And you shall come to the priests, the Levites, and to the judge there in those days, and inquire of them; they shall pronounce upon you the sentence of judgment.
|
|
|
|
레위 사람 제사장과 당시 재판장에게로 나아가서 물으라 그리하면 그들이 어떻게 판결할 것을 네게 가르치리니

|
|

|
너는 {주}께서 택하실 곳에서 그들이 네게 보여 줄 판결에 따라 행하되 그들이 네게 알려 주는 모든 것에 따라 지켜 행할 것이니
|

"You shall do according to the sentence which they pronounce upon you in that place which the LORD chooses. And you shall be careful to do according to all that they order you.
|
|
|
|
여호와께서 택하신 곳에서 그들이 네게 보이는 판결의 뜻대로 네가 행하되 무릇 그들이 네게 가르치는 대로 삼가 행할 것이니
|
|
|

|
곧 그들이 네게 가르칠 법의 판결에 따라 그들이 네게 알려 줄 판결에 따라 행할 것이요, 그들이 네게 보여 줄 판결을 거부하고 오른쪽으로나 왼쪽으로나 치우치지 말지니라.

"According to the sentence of the law in which they instruct you, according to the judgment which they tell you, you shall do; you shall not turn aside to the right hand or to the left from the sentence which they pronounce upon you.
|
|
|
|
곧 그들이 네게 가르치는 법률의 뜻대로 그들이 네게 고하는 판결대로 행할 것이요 그들이 네게 보이는 판결을 어기어서 좌로나 우로나 치우치지 말 것이니라
|
|
|

|
사람이 자기 뜻대로 행하려 하고 거기서 {주} 네 [하나님] 앞에 서서 섬기는 제사장이나 재판관의 말에 귀를 기울이려 하지 아니하거든 너는 그 사람을 죽여 이스라엘에서 악을 제거할지니라.

"Now the man who acts presumptuously and will not heed the priest who stands to minister there before the LORD your God, or the judge, that man shall die. So you shall put away the evil from Israel.
|
|
|
|
사람이 만일 천자히 하고 네 하나님 여호와 앞에 서서 섬기는 제사장이나 재판장을 듣지 아니하거든 그 사람을 죽여 이스라엘 중에서 악을 제하여 버리라
|
|
|

|
그리하면 온 백성이 듣고 두려워하여 다시는 자기 뜻대로 행하지 아니하리라.

"And all the people shall hear and fear, and no longer act presumptuously.
|
|
|
|
그리하면 온 백성이 듣고 두려워하여 다시는 천자히 행치 아니하리라
|
|
|

|
¶ 네가 {주} 네 [하나님]께서 네게 주시는 땅에 이르러 그 땅을 소유하여 그 안에 거할 때에 이르기를, 나도 내 주변의 모든 민족들같이 나를 다스릴 왕을 세우리라, 하거든

"When you come to the land which the LORD your God is giving you, and possess it and dwell in it, and say, 'I will set a king over me like all the nations that are around me,'
|
|
|
|
네가 네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 주시는 땅에 이르러서 그 땅을 얻어 거할 때에 만일 우리도 우리 주위의 열국 같이 우리 위에 왕을 세우리라는 뜻이 나거든
|
|
|

|
반드시 {주} 네 [하나님]께서 택하실 자를 너를 다스릴 왕으로 세울지니 곧 네 형제들 가운데서 한 사람을 너를 다스릴 왕으로 세울 것이요, 네 형제가 아닌 타국인을 네 위에 세우지 말지니라.

"you shall surely set a king over you whom the LORD your God chooses; one from among your brethren you shall set as king over you; you may not set a foreigner over you, who is not your brother.
|
|
|
|
반드시 네 하나님 여호와의 택하신 자를 네 위에 왕으로 세울 것이며 네 위에 왕을 세우려면 네 형제 중에서 한 사람으로 할 것이요 네 형제 아닌 타국인을 네 위에 세우지 말 것이며
|
|
|

|
그러나 그는 자기를 위해 말(馬)을 많이 늘리지 말며 말을 많이 늘리려고 백성을 이집트로 돌아가게 하지 말지니라. {주}께서 너희에게 말씀하시기를, 너희가 이후로는 그 길로 다시는 돌아가지 말라, 하셨느니라.

"But he shall not multiply horses for himself, nor cause the people to return to Egypt to multiply horses, for the LORD has said to you, 'You shall not return that way again.'
|
|
|
|
왕 된 자는 말을 많이 두지 말 것이요 말을 많이 얻으려고 그 백성을 애굽으로 돌아가게 말 것이니 이는 여호와께서 너희에게 이르시기를 너희가 이 후에는 그 길로 다시 돌아가지 말 것이라 하셨음이며

또 그는 자기를 위해 아내를 많이 두어 자기 마음이 돌아서지 않게 하며 자기를 위해 은금을 많이 늘리지 말지니라.

"Neither shall he multiply wives for himself, lest his heart turn away; nor shall he greatly multiply silver and gold for himself.
|
|
|
|
아내를 많이 두어서 그 마음이 미혹되게 말것이며 은금을 자기를 위하여 많이 쌓지 말것이니라
|
|
|

|
그가 자기 왕국의 왕좌에 앉거든 그는 자기를 위해 레위 사람 제사장들 앞에 있는 그것에서 이 율법을 책으로 한 권 필사하여

"Also it shall be, when he sits on the throne of his kingdom, that he shall write for himself a copy of this law in a book, from the one before the priests, the Levites.
|
|
|
|
그가 왕위에 오르거든 레위 사람 제사장 앞에 보관한 이 율법서를 등사하여

|
|

|
평생토록 자기 곁에 두고 그 안의 것을 읽어서 {주} 자기 [하나님] 두려워하기를 배우며 이 율법의 모든 말과 이 법규를 지키고 행할 것이니라.

"And it shall be with him, and he shall read it all the days of his life, that he may learn to fear the LORD his God and be careful to observe all the words of this law and these statutes,
|
|
|
|
평생에 자기 옆에 두고 읽어서 그 하나님 여호와 경외하기를 배우며 이 율법의 모든 말과 이 규례를 지켜 행할 것이라
|
|
|

|
그리하면 그의 마음이 자기 형제들 위로 올라가지 아니하고 그가 명령에서 떠나 오른쪽으로나 왼쪽으로나 치우치지 아니하리니 이로써 이스라엘 한가운데서 그와 그의 자손들이 자기 왕국에서 자기 날들을 길게 하리라.

"that his heart may not be lifted above his brethren, that he may not turn aside from the commandment to the right hand or to the left, and that he may prolong his days in his kingdom, he and his children in the midst of Israel.

|
|
그리하면 그의 마음이 그 형제 위에 교만하지 아니하고 이 명령에서 떠나 좌로나 우로나 치우치지 아니하리니 이스라엘 중에서 그와 그의 자손의 왕위에 있는 날이 장구하리라
