1	이에 다리오 왕이 칙령을 내려 두루마리를 둔 집 곧 바빌론에서 보물들을 쌓아 둔 곳을 찾아보게 하였더니	0
	Then King Darius issued a decree, and a search was made in the archives, where the treasures were stored in Babylon.
	이에 다리오 왕이 조서를 내려 서적 곳간 곧 바벨론에서 보물을 쌓아 둔 곳에서 조사하게 하였더니
2	메대 사람들의 지방에 있는 궁궐에서, 악메다에서 두루마리 하나를 찾으니라. 그 안에 이같이 한 기록이 적혔더라.	0
	And at Achmetha, in the palace that is in the province of Media, a scroll was found, and in it a record was written thus:
	메대도 악메다 궁에서 한 두루마리를 얻으니 거기 기록하였으되
3	고레스 왕의 제일년에 바로 그 고레스 왕이 예루살렘에 있는 [하나님]의 집에 관하여 칙령을 내려 이르기를, 그 집 곧 그들이 희생물을 드리던 곳을 건축하되 그것의 기초를 견고히 놓고 그것의 높이는 육십 큐빗으로 하며 너비도 육십 큐빗으로 하고	0
	In the first year of King Cyrus, King Cyrus issued a decree concerning the house of God at Jerusalem: "Let the house be rebuilt, the place where they offered sacrifices; and let the foundations of it be firmly laid, its height sixty cubits and its width sixty cubits,
	고레스 왕 원년에 조서를 내려 이르기를 예루살렘 하나님의 전에 대하여 이르노니 이 전 곧 제사드리는 처소를 건축하되 지대를 견고히 쌓고 그 전의 고는 육십 규빗으로, 광도 육십 규빗으로 하고
4	또 큰 돌 세 줄과 함께 새 나무 한 줄을 놓으라. 또 그 경비는 왕의 집에서 낼지니라.	0
	with three rows of heavy stones and one row of new timber. Let the expenses be paid from the king's treasury.
	큰 돌 세 켜에 새 나무 한 켜를 놓으라 그 경비는 다 왕실에서 내리라
5	또 [하나님]의 집에 속한 금 기구와 은 기구들 곧 느부갓네살이 예루살렘에 있는 그 성전에서 취하여 바빌론으로 옮긴 기구들을 돌려보내어 예루살렘에 있는 성전으로 다시 가져다가 [하나님]의 집에 두되 각 기구를 그것의 처소에 둘지니라, 하였더라.	0
	Also let the gold and silver articles of the house of God, which Nebuchadnezzar took from the temple which is in Jerusalem and brought to Babylon, be restored and taken back to the temple which is in Jerusalem, each to its place; and deposit them in the house of God"--
	또 느부갓네살이 예루살렘 전에서 취하여 바벨론으로 옮겼던 하나님의 전 금, 은 기명을 돌려 보내어 예루살렘 전에 가져다가 하나님의 전 안 각기 본처에 둘지니라 하였더라
6	그러므로 이제 강 건너의 총독 닷드내와 스달보스내와 너희 동료들 곧 강 건너에 있는 아바삭 사람들은 거기서 멀리 떠나	0
	Now therefore, Tattenai, governor of the region beyond the River, and Shethar-Boznai, and your companions the Persians who are beyond the River, keep yourselves far from there.
	이제 강 서편 총독 닷드내와 스달보스내와 너희 동료 강 서편 아바삭 사람들은 그곳을 멀리하여
7	[하나님]의 이 집에 관한 일을 그대로 두고 유대인들의 총독과 유대인들의 장로들이 [하나님]의 이 집을 그것의 처소에 건축하게 하라.	0
	Let the work of this house of God alone; let the governor of the Jews and the elders of the Jews build this house of God on its site.
	하나님의 전 역사를 막지 말고 유다 총독과 장로들로 하나님의 이 전을 본처에 건축하게 하라
8	또 내가 칙령을 내려서 [하나님]의 이 집을 건축하는 일을 위해 너희가 이 유대인들의 장로들에게 무엇을 행할 것인지 알게 하노니 왕의 재산 곧 강 건너에서 들어오는 조공 중에서 그 경비를 이 사람들에게 빨리 주어 그들이 방해를 받지 않게 하라.	0
	Moreover I issue a decree as to what you shall do for the elders of these Jews, for the building of this house of God: Let the cost be paid at the king's expense from taxes on the region beyond the River; this is to be given immediately to these men, so that they are not hindered.
	내가 또 조서를 내려서 하나님의 이 전을 건축함에 대하여 너희가 유다 사람의 장로들에게 행할 것을 알게 하노니 왕의 재산 곧 강 서편 세금 중에서 그 경비를 이 사람들에게 신속히 주어 저희로 지체치 않게 하라
9	또 그들이 필요로 하는 것 즉 하늘의 [하나님]께 드릴 번제 헌물에 쓸 어린 수소와 숫양과 어린양과 또 밀과 소금과 포도즙과 기름을 예루살렘에 있는 제사장들이 지정하는 대로 날마다 어김없이 그들에게 주어	0
	And whatever they need--young bulls, rams, and lambs for the burnt offerings of the God of heaven, wheat, salt, wine, and oil, according to the request of the priests who are in Jerusalem--let it be given them day by day without fail,
	또 그 수용물 곧 하늘의 하나님께 드릴 번제의 수송아지와 수양과 어린 양과 또 밀과 소금과 포도주와 기름을 예루살렘 제사장의 소청대로 영락없이 날마다 주어
10	그들이 하늘의 [하나님]께 향기로운 냄새가 나는 희생물을 드리게 하고 또 왕과 그의 아들들의 생명을 위해 기도하게 하라.	0
	that they may offer sacrifices of sweet aroma to the God of heaven, and pray for the life of the king and his sons.
	저희로 하늘의 하나님께 향기로운 제물을 드려 왕과 왕자들의 생명을 위하여 기도하게 하라
11	내가 또 칙령을 내리노니 누구든지 이 말을 변개하면 그의 집에서 들보를 빼서 일으켜 세우고 그를 그 위에 매달며 이것으로 인해 그의 집을 거름더미가 되게 하라.	0
	Also I issue a decree that whoever alters this edict, let a timber be pulled from his house and erected, and let him be hanged on it; and let his house be made a refuse heap because of this.
	내가 또 조서를 내리노니 무론 누구든지 이 명령을 변개하면 그 집에서 들보를 빼어내고 저를 그 위에 매어달게 하고 그 집은 이로 인하여 거름더미가 되게 하라
12	거기에 자신의 이름이 거하게 하신 [하나님]께서 스스로 손을 대어 예루살렘에 있는 [하나님]의 집을 바꾸거나 멸하려는 모든 왕들과 백성들을 멸하시기를 원하노라. 나 다리오가 칙령을 내렸노니 신속히 그 일을 행할지어다, 하였더라.	0
	And may the God who causes His name to dwell there destroy any king or people who put their hand to alter it, or to destroy this house of God which is in Jerusalem. I Darius issue a decree; let it be done diligently.
	만일 열왕이나 백성이 이 조서를 변개하고 손을 들어 예루살렘 하나님의 전을 헐진대 그곳에 이름을 두신 하나님이 저희를 멸하시기를 원하노라 나 다리오가 조서를 내렸노니 신속히 행할지어다 하였더라
13	¶ 그때에 강 이편의 총독 닷드내와 스달보스내와 그들의 동료들이 다리오 왕이 보내온 것에 따라 이처럼 신속히 행하니라.	0
	Then Tattenai, governor of the region beyond the River, Shethar-Boznai, and their companions diligently did according to what King Darius had sent.
	다리오 왕의 조서가 내리매 강 서편 총독 닷드내와 스달보스내와 그 동료들이 신속히 준행한지라
14	유대인들의 장로들이 건축하고 대언자 학개와 잇도의 아들 스가랴의 대언을 통해 형통하였더라. 그들이 이스라엘의 [하나님]의 명령과 페르시아 왕 고레스와 다리오와 아닥사스다의 명령대로 그것을 건축하여 완성하되	0
	So the elders of the Jews built, and they prospered through the prophesying of Haggai the prophet and Zechariah the son of Iddo. And they built and finished it, according to the commandment of the God of Israel, and according to the command of Cyrus, Darius, and Artaxerxes king of Persia.
	유다 사람의 장로들이 선지자 학개와 잇도의 손자 스가랴의 권면함으로 인하여 전 건축할 일이 형통한지라 이스라엘 하나님의 명령과 바사 왕 고레스와 다리오와 아닥사스다의 조서를 좇아 전을 건축하며 필역하되
15	다리오 왕의 통치 제육년에 있었던 아달 월 삼일에 이 집을 완성하니라.	0
	Now the temple was finished on the third day of the month of Adar, which was in the sixth year of the reign of King Darius.
	다리오 왕 육년 아달월 삼일에 전을 필역하니라
16	¶ 이스라엘 자손과 제사장들과 레위 사람들과 포로로 사로잡혀 갔던 자들의 자손들 중의 남은 자들이 기쁘게 [하나님]의 이 집의 봉헌식을 행하며	0
	Then the children of Israel, the priests and the Levites and the rest of the descendants of the captivity, celebrated the dedication of this house of God with joy.
	이스라엘 자손과 제사장들과 레위 사람들과 기타 사로잡혔던 자의 자손이 즐거이 하나님의 전 봉헌식을 행하니
17	[하나님]의 이 집을 봉헌할 때에 수소 백 마리와 숫양 이백 마리와 어린양 사백 마리를 드리고 또 이스라엘 지파들의 수대로 숫염소 열두 마리로 온 이스라엘을 위하여 죄 헌물을 드리며	0
	And they offered sacrifices at the dedication of this house of God, one hundred bulls, two hundred rams, four hundred lambs, and as a sin offering for all Israel twelve male goats, according to the number of the tribes of Israel.
	하나님의 전 봉헌식을 행할 때에 수소 일백과 수양 이백과 어린 양 사백을 드리고 또 이스라엘 지파의 수를 따라 수염소 열둘로 이스라엘 전체를 위하여 속죄제를 드리고
18	제사장들을 그들의 구분대로, 레위 사람들을 그들의 계열대로 세워 예루살렘에 계신 [하나님]을 섬기게 하되 모세의 책에 기록된 대로 하게 하니라.	0
	They assigned the priests to their divisions and the Levites to their divisions, over the service of God in Jerusalem, as it is written in the Book of Moses.
	제사장을 그 분반대로, 레위 사람을 그 반차대로 세워 예루살렘에서 하나님을 섬기게 하되 모세의 책에 기록된 대로 하게 하니라
19	포로로 사로잡혀 갔던 자들의 자손이 첫째 달 십사일에 유월절을 지켰으니	0
	And the descendants of the captivity kept the Passover on the fourteenth day of the first month.
	사로잡혔던 자의 자손이 정월 십사일에 유월절을 지키되
20	제사장들과 레위 사람들이 함께 자신을 정결하게 하여 다 정결하게 되매 그들이 포로로 사로잡혀 갔던 자들의 모든 자손과 자기 형제 제사장들과 자기들을 위하여 유월절 어린양을 잡았더라.	0
	For the priests and the Levites had purified themselves; all of them were ritually clean. And they slaughtered the Passover lambs for all the descendants of the captivity, for their brethren the priests, and for themselves.
	제사장들과 레위 사람들이 일제히 몸을 정결케 하여 다 정결하매 사로잡혔던 자의 모든 자손과 자기 형제 제사장들과 자기를 위하여 유월절 양을 잡으니
21	포로 생활에서 벗어나 되돌아온 이스라엘 자손과 그 땅의 이교도들의 더러운 것으로부터 자신을 분리하고 저들에게 돌아와 {주} 이스라엘의 [하나님]을 찾는 모든 자들이 먹고	0
	Then the children of Israel who had returned from the captivity ate together with all who had separated themselves from the filth of the nations of the land in order to seek the LORD God of Israel.
	사로잡혔다가 돌아온 이스라엘 자손과 무릇 스스로 구별하여 자기 땅 이방 사람의 더러운 것을 버리고 이스라엘 무리에게 속하여 이스라엘 하나님 여호와를 구하는 자가 다 먹고
22	이레 동안 기쁘게 무교절을 지켰으니 이는 {주}께서 그들을 기쁘게 하시고 또 아시리아 왕의 마음을 그들에게로 돌리사 [하나님] 곧 이스라엘의 [하나님]의 집에 관한 일을 할 때에 그들의 손을 강하게 하셨기 때문이더라.	0
	And they kept the Feast of Unleavened Bread seven days with joy; for the LORD made them joyful, and turned the heart of the king of Assyria toward them, to strengthen their hands in the work of the house of God, the God of Israel.
	즐거우므로 칠 일 동안 무교절을 지켰으니 이는 여호와께서 저희로 즐겁게 하시고 또 앗수르 왕의 마음을 저희에게로 돌이켜 이스라엘의 하나님이신 하나님의 전 역사하는 손을 힘있게 하도록 하셨음이었느니라
